With better rest we rise above.

We strongly believe good rest is a controllable effective virtue that improves life. So join us as we team with sleep experts, data scientists, developers, manufacturers, and millions of individuals to expand and express the knowledge, tools, techniques, and community around rest.

Sleep to Awaken.

The ability to take the day for everything it has, the drive to push beyond your limitations, and pure devotion that frightens people into asking “Why?”
Because I rise to seize the day.

A proper start to the morning starts the night before. How you sleep effects the entirety of your day and waking up is the final step to a good-nights rest.

Our process is the ideal way to have a refreshing night sleep. We transition from a soothing deep sleep to a calm awaking. With the steady soft noises of the outside world filling your dreams you will sleep soundly.

To bring you out of your cryogenic sleep like state you will be introduced into the sounds of an awake environment and welcomed with a lush scene of nature and a reassuring affirmation.

Traditional alarms cause an unwarranted amount of stress. Alarms are used in instances where there is a disaster; fires, tornadoes, bombs, etc. Waking up is not a high stress emergency. Rejuve is a tool built to create a smooth transition between sleep and rising for the day.

In order to rise to the potential of the day there is not a snooze option. Snoozing causes more harm than good and leads to negative consequences. Just listen to what Robert S. Rosenberg says about hitting the snoozing button,
"First, youre fragmenting what little extra sleep youre getting so it is of poor quality. Second, youre starting to put yourself through a new sleep cycle that you arent giving yourself enough time to finish. This can result in persistent grogginess throughout the day."
Robert is the medical director of the Sleep Disorders Centers of Prescott Valley and Flagstaff, Arizona. He frequently answers questions on sleep.

To avoid the losing battle to grogginess you should be getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. This is how you maintain the right amount of rest to have higher energy levels throughout the day.

Everyone has to get up, but not everyone does it well.
